1. Abundant Well-Being
We offer books, audio cassettes, seminars, workshops, retreats, and cardiac teacher training for yoga, stress management, healing, Feng Shui, and Vastu Shastra. The teachings are used in the Dean Ornish Program for Reversing Heart Disease and the Commonweal Cancer Program. Our audio cassettes are Relax Move & Heal, Deep Relaxation, Sojourn to Healing (Imagery), and Dynamic Stillness (meditation).

2. Yoga Alliance
Yoga Alliance registers yoga teachers who demonstrate qualifications that meet minimum teaching standards established by the organization’s founding members. Yoga Alliance also registers yoga schools whose teacher training programs address those standards, assuring graduates are well-qualified to teach the practicing public.
