Yoga Therapy Consultations

Have you ever considered yoga therapy for a physical injury, such as chronic lower back, neck pain, shoulder pain, and hip pain?  What is Pain?

Our therapy starts with a one-to-one consultation to identify imbalances in your current condition. This is followed by a personalize menu of specialized exercises that you can do at home.

These two hour sessions will allow the student to understand how to balance their body’s posture, increasing overall strength, mobility and balance.

Certified Egoscue Postural Alignment Specialist

Our  posture alignment evaluation is based on Egoscue, and its unique "one to one" approach.
 

We also teach individualize Yoga therapy sessions that teach you how to increase flexibility  safety strengthen, stabilize problem areas (knees, hips, Spine), reduce the risk of back pain and posture problems. Learn to safely do forward bends, backward bends, twist, and inversions.
