This class is designed for people with inflexible, overweight or older bodies. This gentle approach to yoga is ideal for helping you to experience the benefits of increased flexibility, improved circulation and more energy. David Ramsden R.Y.T., who is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, will lead you through a comfortable and satisfying introduction to Ananda Yoga™.
